Head of Marketing

£63-£80K DOE basic salary | Mon-Fri 9:00 – 5:30 | London

Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to join Nixon Digital as the Head of Marketing. This role is perfect for a confident, capable individual looking to take a leadership role for our dynamic agency. You will lead a small team and support the Managing Director.

Duties (include but are not limited to):

Managing a small team of both junior and senior Marketeers
Support the Managing Director with the planning & strategy of the company
Reporting the success of client marketing to the Managing Director
Producing ideas for the development of the company’s services
Monitoring the work of staff, proof-reading and checking work where needed
Leading in the recruitment of new staff, including training, development and appraisals
Work strenuously towards specific budgets, managing client expectations throughout
Regularly seek to develop marketing understanding and industry trends to constantly innovate the client offering

Person Specification

Minimum of 8 years agency experience
Minimum of 10 year’s experience in a supervisory/management position
Degree educated (desirable)
Outside-the-box thinker
Team player who embraces a dynamic work culture
Must have experience liaising with clients
A thirst for knowledge and continuous development
